Exceptional facilities enable your child to access diverse performance opportunities.
As a College of the Arts the built environment needs to match the vibrancy of the learning and teaching of an arts infused curriculum. The elegant and thoughtful design of new buildings and refurbishment of the old reminds us of the value and necessity of aesthetic and artistically suitable learning spaces.
Our state-of-the-art performing arts facility is located on campus. The fully resourced, 470 seat Curtin Theatre is superbly equipped for theatrical, dance and musical performances. Students also have access to the college’s Ellen Street Theatre.
These facilities are complemented by dance and rehearsal studios, art studios, design laboratories and a media centre inclusive of television and radio studios.
Our new $11 million teaching and learning block includes four dance studios, a dance theory room, two science laboratories, and five maths classrooms, and design features have taken into account the spectacular location, including large windows, high ceilings and expansive verandahs. The new building complements our culture of excellence and respect for our students’ personal and academic success. To read more about the design of the building click here
