As an Associate Principal at Newman SHS in the Pilbara, Perth Modern School, and John Curtin College of the Arts, she has honed a sophisticated strategic approach that seamlessly adapts to diverse educational settings. Fiona’s leadership philosophy centres around understanding individuals, their motivations, and fostering a strength-based approach akin to exemplary teaching practices. She believes in the potential of others and cultivates a culture of trust and support, underpinned by a collaborative and effectiveness-oriented model.
