Suzanne has worked for the Education Department for 17 years, starting at the College in 2011 as the Executive Assistant. After developing and implementing many important processes still used in the College today, Suzanne was appointed to her current position as the Manager of Business Operations. Holding a Graduate Certificate in Education Business Leadership from Deakin University and having worked in various roles for the Department of Education both regionally and locally, Suzanne is an experienced leader with a deeply comprehensive understanding of procedures and roles within the College. Suzanne has a wide range of responsibilities at the College. As the Manager of Business Operations, Suzanne leads the Administration Support Team, focussing on delivering improved outcomes for the school community, and sharing a strong team ethos and solutions focussed outlook.

Working closely with the Principal, she is responsible for implementing sound, consistent management and budgeting practices and systems, reviewing current school financial procedures and implementing improvements. In addition to these duties, Suzanne is currently managing the Master Plan for the construction of the $23 million build to be completed in 2024. This multi-purpose development will include state-of-the-art facilities for multiple departments such as Music, Media Arts, Science and Student Services in addition to general purpose classrooms. These facilities will enhance the learning experience for students through innovative design, purpose built for Arts and STEM education.
