Congratulations to Principal, Mitchell Mackay for being selected as a finalist for the WA Secondary Principal of the Year Awards.
Minister for Education and Training, Sue Ellery announced the State’s most outstanding teachers, leaders, school services staff and schools last week.
The awards acknowledge the inspiring role school staff play in shaping the lives of children in public schools in Western Australia, while recognising their hard work and innovation.
A total of 52 finalists in 13 categories have been recognised across WA, from Dawul Remote Community School 110 kilometres south of Kununurra, to Cape Naturaliste College in the South West.
Winners will be announced in Term 4.
