For students from rural areas, City Beach Residential College provides boarding facilities for students enrolled in Gifted and Talented programs at JCCA.

City Beach Residential College offers priority placement for students at John Curtin College of the Arts.

Transportation services are provided by City Beach as part of the boarding service.

Rotary Residential College provides boarding facilities for students enrolled in Gifted and Talented and Specialist Football programs at JCCA.
