The Ellen Street Theatre has changed greatly in the years since it’s construction. Between when it was built in 1987 and the year 2000, the theatre complex became home to all kinds of facilities- dance studios, a radio station, photography development rooms, a ‘cutting-edge’ computer lab, drama classrooms, it’s own television recording studio, scenery production facilities and even a ceramics workshop.
Seating anywhere between 40 and 120 patrons depending on seat configuration, Ellen Street Theatre and the complex surrounding it now functions as the home to our drama department and our wardrobe department.
The theatre itself is now used as a classroom, practice space and performance venue.
This storied theatre is the perfect stage for students to hone their skills or put on bespoke performances. For up and coming performances at the Ellen Street Theatre click here.
